THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD: FROM THE BEGINNING TO ETERNITY
FROM "IN THE BEGINNING" TO THE DEATH OF JACOB
IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD, AND THE WORD WAS WITH GOD, AND THE WORD WAS GOD-Jn
1:1. Jesus is the Word. And GOD CREATED THE HEAVEN AND THE EARTH-Gen
1:1.
And God created man in His own image, and God blessed them-ref
Gen 1:27,28. Then the Lord God planted a garden in Eden, and there put the man-ref
Gen 2:8. And the Lord God commanded the man telling him that he could eat of
every tree of the garden, except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
God warned Adam of the penalty of disobedience by telling him that in the day
he would eat thereof, he would surely die-ref Gen 2:15-17.
Now the serpent, which is Satan, the devil, was more crafty
than any of the wild animals that the Lord God had made-ref Gen 3:1. He began
sowing doubt in Eve’s mind by asking her, "Has God said, ‘Ye shall not
eat of every tree of the garden?’ " Then he contradicted what God had said
by telling her that she would not surely die. Thus, the fear of God’s judgment
had been eliminated by Satan’s lie. Her emotions chose to believe a lie rather
than God’s Word. And when she saw the tree was good for food, and pleasant to
the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she did eat-ref Gen 3:1-6.
She also gave to her husband, and he did eat. They had sinned. They had disobeyed
God’s command-ref Gen 3:6. Then their eyes were opened, and they realized they
were naked-ref Gen 3:7.
And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said, "Where
are you?" Because they had sinned and were naked, they were afraid and
hid-ref Gen 3:8. And the Lord God said, "Have you eaten of the tree?"-ref
Gen 3:11. Then Adam blamed his wife by saying, "She gave me, and I ate
it"-ref Gen 3:12. The Lord God asked the woman, "What have you done?"
She blamed the devil by saying, "The serpent deceived me"-ref Gen
3:13. Adam and Eve had sinned, and were now spiritually dead. They were without
hope. Their sin was separating them from God.
Now God begins to reveal His mercy and plan to redeem people
from their sins. He begins to reveal the coming of Messiah. And as we now know,
it is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ that we can be reconciled to God
through faith. The Lord God said, I WILL PUT ENMITY BETWEEN YOU (Satan) AND
THE WOMAN (Israel), AND BETWEEN YOUR OFFSPRING (the offspring of Satan, the
son of Satan, the Antichrist which is yet to come, as well as the children of
the devil) AND HERS (the Son of Man, the Son of God, Jesus Christ); HE (Jesus)
WILL CRUSH YOUR HEAD, AND YOU (Satan) WILL STRIKE HIS HEEL-Gen 3:15 NIV. (Satan
was defeated at the cross, and, ultimately, will be cast into the lake of fire;
however, Satan was allowed to cause the death of Jesus, but to his own defeat.)
Adam had sinned, but now, God has shown His great mercy in announcing the coming
of the Messiah. So the Lord God banished Adam from the garden of Eden, and from
the tree of life-ref Gen 3:24. God put a curse on the ground, and told Adam,
"To dust you shall return"-ref Gen 3:19.
Now
Eve, Adam’s wife, gave birth to Cain and Abel. Abel was a keeper of sheep, and
Cain worked the soil. In the course of time, Cain brought the fruit of the ground
for an offering unto the Lord. (This indicates that God had instructed them
in some manner concerning offerings.) Abel brought of the firstborn of his flock,
and of the fat thereof. The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering,
but on Cain and his offering He did not look with favor. So Cain was angry.
The Lord said to Cain, "If you do right, will you not be accepted?"-ref
Gen 4:1-7. It may be noted there is a right attitude and a wrong attitude. There
is a right way and a wrong way. The right attitude is one of repentance and
believing God. The wrong attitude is one of no repentance and not believing
God. The right way is doing it God’s way. Abel’s offering was of the best of
the flock. Cain’s offering was of the ground that was cursed. Note, God accepted
Abel, and as a result, his offering which was correct, was also accepted. However,
God did not accept Cain for he did not do that which was right. As a result,
his offering was also not accepted. In addition, he also brought a wrong offering,
which may indicate he did not believe in doing it God’s way. Still, God left
the door open for repentance, as He said to Cain, that if he did right, would
he not be accepted? The right way is repentance: a transformation, a conversion,
and coming by faith in Jesus Christ, Who shed His blood for our sins. The wrong
way is coming without repentance. If you come by believing in Jesus Christ,
you must also come by "His" way and by believing "His" Word.
Cain had a wrong attitude. Afterwards, Cain killed Abel-ref
Gen 4:8; and God pronounced judgment upon Cain-ref Gen 4:11,12.
And Adam had a son, and called his name Seth-ref Gen 5:3.
It was from the lineage of Seth that, ultimately, Noah would come forth. The
number of people greatly increased upon the earth.
It came to pass that the wickedness of man was great on the
earth, and God was grieved that He had made man-ref Gen 6:5,6. God made a decision
to destroy man and animals, including the creatures that went along the ground,
and the birds; but Noah found grace in God's eyes-ref Gen 6:7,8. Noah built
an ark at God's direction-ref Gen 6:14-22. Noah entered the ark, and his family,
and all the creatures that God had determined to keep alive came into the ark,
and the Lord shut him in-ref Gen 7:13-16. The flood came, and all flesh died
that moved upon the earth-ref Gen 7:17,21-23. All the high mountains were covered
with the water-Gen 7:19. Finally, the waters receded, and Noah and his family,
and all the living things left the ark-ref Gen 8:15-19. Then Noah built an altar
to the Lord, and God made a covenant with Noah-ref Gen 8:20-9:15. Through the
sons of Noah, the whole earth was repopulated-Gen 9:18,19. After the flood,
the earth was of one language. Man again rebelled against God. Then God confounded
their language, and scattered them all over the earth-Gen 11:1-8.
From the lineage of Noah and Shem, came Abram. From Abram
(Abraham) came Ishmael and Isaac. Ishmael was born of the bond woman, and Isaac
was born of the free woman. These two half brothers were at odds with each other.
It was originally expected that Ishmael would be Abram's heir; however, GOD
SAID…IN ISAAC SHALL THY SEED BE CALLED-Gen 21:12. Many of the Arabs today
are descendants of Ishmael. They believe the land of Israel should belong to
them as they are the offspring of the firstborn of Abram. But God said the heir
would be the offspring of Isaac. Thus, there is what appears to be an unsolvable
problem in the Middle East. This same feud between Ishmael and Isaac goes on
today. This forms the basis for much of the Bible prophecy that is yet to happen.
God's covenant is with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and their seed.
Sodom and Gomorrah, in which ten just men could not be found,
was destroyed-ref Gen 18:32; 19:22-25.
Abraham begat Isaac. Isaac begat Jacob, whose name was changed
by God, to Israel-ref Gen 35:10. From Jacob came twelve sons, which would become
the twelve tribes of Israel-ref Gen 35:22-26. Israel went to Egypt.
FROM THE DEATH OF JACOB TO THE FIRST COMING OF JESUS CAME NEXT
While
in Egypt, Moses was born-ref Acts 7:20. The Lord worked great miracles by the
hand of Moses against Egypt-ref Ex 3:14,17,20. Moses led the Jews out of the
land of Egypt. The children of Israel had been in Egypt for four hundred and
thirty years-ref Ex 12:40,41. And Israel rebelled against God, and brought up
an evil report regarding the promised land. Thus, Israel wandered in the wilderness
forty years, and God was grieved with that generation-ref Heb 3:8-10. All the
Jews from the age of twenty and upward died in the wilderness, except two-ref
Num chapters 13 and 14.
The seven feasts of Leviticus were initiated-ref Lev chapter
23. The tabernacle, the ark, mercy seat, cherubims, table, candlestick, seven
lamps, veil, door, altar, horns, court, gate and lamp to burn were all initiated-ref
Ex chapters 25, 26, 27.
Israel was tempted in the wilderness. Finally, Joshua was
given a charge. Moses did see the promised land, but was not permitted to pass
over the Jordan River-ref Deut 34:1-4. Moses died, but his life force never
abated-ref Deut 31:14; 34:5-8. The children of Israel followed Joshua, and entered
the promised land-ref Deut 34:9; Jos 3:15-17; yet, they still would not obey
God. They wanted a king-ref 1 Sam 8:5-8. Saul became the first king, and David
followed-ref 2 Sam 7:12-17. Afterward, came Solomon. Israel later split into
Israel and Judah-ref 2 Chr 10:11,15,19.
Finally, Israel was conquered because of sinning against
the Lord. They would not follow the Lord-ref 2 Ki 17:11,13,14; 18:11,12. Eventually,
Judah was also conquered-ref Jere 19:15; Dan 1:1-3; 2 Chr 36:7; Jere 52:28;
2 Ki 24:11,14,15.
Then Nebuchadnezzar had a dream, and Daniel told him the
dream and the interpretation. That dream included the kingdoms that would follow
his, as well as prophecies which included events that are yet to happen-ref
Dan 2:1-45.
During the days of Daniel, other prophecies also came forth
directly relating to the times in which we are now living-ref many chapters
in Daniel. Among the most significant was Daniel 9:21-27, which are the "seventy
weeks of Daniel."
FROM THE FIRST COMING OF JESUS TO THE DESTRUCTION OF JERUSALEM AND THE TEMPLE CAME NEXT
Israel
was expecting the Messiah-ref Lk 2:25,36,38. Then Jesus was born of a virgin-ref
Lk 1:26,27,35; 2:4-7. The birth, life, crucifixion, and rising from the dead
of Jesus, fulfilled hundreds of Scriptures. The Scriptures give us approximately
172 reasons that Jesus came the first time. Jesus grew-ref Lk 2:40. His ministry
began when He was about the age of thirty-ref Lk 3:21-23. He fasted forty days-ref
Lk 4:1,2. The devil tempted Him-ref Lk 4:3-13. There were many witnesses and
proofs that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God. Jesus had said many times,
I AM. Many Scriptures covered the ministry of Jesus which were fulfilled. Jesus
healed many-ref Lk 4:31,32,40. He cast out devils. THE MULTITUDES MARVELED-Mt
9:33; Lk 4:41. Jesus raised the dead-ref Lk 7:11,12,14-16.
Jesus preached on multitudes of subjects. Some included,
repentance-ref Mt 4:17; denying oneself-ref Lk 9:23; fearing God-ref Lk 12:4,5;
covetousness-ref Lk 12:15,22,23,30-34; your lights burning, waiting for the
Lord's return, watching, and doing-ref Lk 12:35-37,43. Jesus mentioned water
baptism-ref Mk 16:16, and He taught that MANY…WILL SEEK TO ENTER IN, AND SHALL
NOT BE ABLE-Lk 13:23,24.
Then Jesus entered Jerusalem-ref Mk 11:7,11. He was betrayed
by Judas, one of His apostles-ref Lk 22:47,48. He was led away captive-ref Jn
18:12,13. Jesus was tried, and declared guilty of blasphemy by the high priest-ref
Mk 14:61-64.
As it is written, FOR OF A TRUTH AGAINST THY HOLY CHILD JESUS,
WHOM THOU HAST ANOINTED, BOTH HEROD, AND PONTIUS PILATE, WITH THE GENTILES,
AND THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL, WERE GATHERED TOGETHER-Acts 4:27. AND…THE CHIEF
PRIESTS AND THE RULERS AND THE PEOPLE…CRIED…CRUCIFY HIM, CRUCIFY HIM-Lk
23:13,21. THEN…THE PEOPLE…SAID, HIS BLOOD BE ON US, AND ON OUR CHILDREN-Mt
27:25. AND PILATE GAVE SENTENCE THAT IT SHOULD BE AS THEY REQUIRED-Lk 23:24.
And HE HAD JESUS FLOGGED, AND HANDED HIM OVER TO BE CRUCIFIED-Mk 15:15 NIV.
AND THEY CRUCIFIED HIM-Mt 27:35.
The blood of Jesus, our Passover Lamb, had to be shed. MANY
WHO WERE APPALLED (or astonied) AT HIM - HIS APPEARANCE WAS SO DISFIGURED
BEYOND THAT OF ANY MAN AND HIS FORM MARRED BEYOND HUMAN LIKENESS-Isa 52:14
NIV.
Even while He was on the cross, He was tempted in many ways-ref
Mt 27:39-44; Lk 23:36,37. AND WHEN JESUS HAD CRIED WITH A LOUD VOICE, HE SAID,
FATHER, INTO THY HANDS I COMMEND MY SPIRIT: AND HAVING SAID THUS, HE GAVE UP
THE GHOST-Lk 23:46.
Jesus was buried. NOW IN THE PLACE WHERE HE WAS CRUCIFIED
THERE WAS A GARDEN; AND IN THE GARDEN A NEW SEPULCHRE, WHEREIN WAS NEVER MAN
YET LAID. THERE LAID THEY JESUS-Jn 19:41,42.
The tomb Jesus was laid in was secured, so no one could steal
His body away. PILATE SAID…(Take a guard): GO YOUR WAY, MAKE IT AS SURE (or
secure) AS YE CAN. SO THEY WENT, AND MADE THE SEPULCHRE SURE (or secure), SEALING
THE STONE, AND SETTING A WATCH (or posting the guard)-ref Mt 27:62-66.
Yet despite the precautions, Jesus rose from the dead-ref
Mt 28:2-7; as was also prophesied-ref Acts 13:34,35; Ps 16:10. Following His
resurrection, Jesus appeared to many-ref 1 Cor 15:6; Mk 16:15-18. Also HE (Jesus)
SHOWED HIMSELF ALIVE AFTER HIS PASSION (or suffering) BY MANY INFALLIBLE PROOFS,
BEING SEEN OF THEM FORTY DAYS-Acts 1:3.
Jesus gave commissions and instructions after His resurrection.
Then Jesus ascended up to heaven. AND HE (Jesus) LED THEM OUT AS FAR AS TO BETHANY,
AND HE LIFTED UP HIS HANDS, AND BLESSED THEM-Lk 24:50. AND WHEN HE HAD SPOKEN
THESE THINGS, WHILE THEY BEHELD, HE WAS TAKEN UP; AND A CLOUD RECEIVED HIM OUT
OF THEIR SIGHT-Acts 1:9. Nevertheless, He is going to return. As it is written,
THIS SAME JESUS, WHICH IS TAKEN UP FROM YOU INTO HEAVEN, SHALL SO COME IN
LIKE MANNER AS YE HAVE SEEN HIM GO INTO HEAVEN-Acts 1:11.
Jesus is now in heaven, and sits on the right hand of God
the Father-ref 1 Pe 3:22; Mk 16:19; Heb 10:12. He MAKETH INTERCESSION FOR the
saints-Ro 8:34; ref Heb 7:25. The Bible gives us many names for Jesus in the
Revelation.
Then Judas, the apostle that betrayed Jesus, was replaced
by Matthias as the twelfth apostle-ref Acts 1:21,22,24-26.
Within a generation of the crucifixion of Jesus, Jerusalem
and the temple were destroyed-ref Lk 21:20-24; Dan 9:26; Mt 23:34-38. Through
out the Old Testament and New Testament, the second coming of Jesus was prophesied.
The various things Jesus went through had very significant meanings. The resurrection
of Jesus was proven in many ways.
FROM THE DESTRUCTION OF JERUSALEM AND THE TEMPLE TO LEADING UP TO THE REBIRTH OF ISRAEL AND MOST OF THE CHURCH AGE CAME NEXT
It
was prophesied that Israel would be destroyed. It was.
It was prophesied that Israel would be scattered among the
islands of the sea, even among the heathen. It happened.
It was prophesied that Israel would be sifted or dispersed
among all nations. It came to pass.
It was prophesied that Israel would abide many days without
a king. This prophecy came to pass.
It was prophesied that Israel would abide many days without
a sacrifice. It happened.
It was prophesied that Israel would serve other gods. It
came to pass.
God's Word gives us the definition of what the church is.
Then God's Word outlines for us seven churches-ref Rev 2:1 to 3:22. The first
of the seven churches began at Pentecost. Over the past 1900 plus years, prophecies
listed in these churches have come to pass. This time period brings us up through
the first six churches. During the course of these churches, God's Word gave
us specific events that would happen. He gave us information about persecutions
that would happen during various time periods. He gave us information of how
Satan would attack the church through severe persecutions, a lessened amount
of persecutions, and false doctrines. From these churches more information is
derived about Jesus, about good and bad things regarding each church, about
things that would happen, and what to do. Exhortations were given, and promises
to them that overcame. Rewards were listed, followed with words such as, "If
any man have ears to hear, let him hear," which would characterize the
entire church.
FROM THE REBIRTH OF ISRAEL TO THE RAPTURE IS THE TIME PERIOD WE ARE NOW IN
It
was prophesied that one day, many days in the future, that Israel would be reborn
into a nation. This event happened exactly as was prophesied. The rebirth of
Israel represents a time clock, signifying the beginning of a countdown. From
this event, we entered into a time period called the latter days. The generation
of the rebirth of Israel would include Jesus actually returning to this earth,
and the gathering together of the elect.
Beginning with the rebirth of Israel, the Scriptures give
us approximately 360 signs or prophecies to look for that would indicate an
event called the Tribulation was about to begin; yet the Bible foretells that
despite all the signs, despite the overwhelming evidence that God’s Word has
given us, that most people would not believe these things.
These prophetic events that a person could look for once
Israel was reborn as a nation, include: prophecies about Israel, Jerusalem,
the church, a false religion, religious deception, what people would be like,
Russia, Ethiopia, Egypt, Libya, other nations and cities, and the Far East.
These prophecies also include: gold and silver, a place for worship in Israel,
the currency in Israel, inventions, the European Economic Community, specific
events and things that would happen, and miscellaneous other prophecies. Since
the rebirth of Israel on May 14, l948, one by one, this huge list of over 300
prophecies have come to pass; yet despite this overwhelming, unmistakable proof
from God's Word, people still refuse to understand that the worst time, since
man has been on the earth, is about to happen. It is called the Tribulation.
NEXT COMES THE RAPTURE IT WILL COME SOON
Just
prior to the Tribulation coming about, the Rapture of God’s people will take
place. The number that will be raptured will be far fewer than most people might
think. The Bible unmistakably portrays the true born-again believers in heaven
before the throne of God, prior to the Antichrist coming forth, and the Tribulation
beginning.
Regarding the Rapture (which includes Jesus coming in the
air), it is written, BUT AS THE DAYS OF NOE WERE, SO SHALL ALSO THE COMING OF
THE SON OF MAN BE. FOR AS IN THE DAYS THAT WERE BEFORE THE FLOOD THEY WERE EATING
AND DRINKING, MARRYING AND GIVING IN MARRIAGE, UNTIL THE DAY THAT NOE ENTERED
INTO THE ARK, AND KNEW NOT UNTIL THE FLOOD CAME, AND TOOK THEM ALL AWAY; SO
SHALL ALSO THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN BE-Mt 24:37-39.
(For) THE WICKED SHALL DO WICKEDLY: AND NONE OF THE WICKED
SHALL UNDERSTAND; BUT THE WISE SHALL UNDERSTAND-Dan 12:10. (For) THE LORD KNOWETH
HOW TO DELIVER THE GODLY OUT OF TEMPTATIONS, AND TO RESERVE THE UNJUST UNTO
THE DAY OF JUDGMENT TO BE PUNISHED-2 Pe 2:9. (For regarding the unjust) I GAVE
HER SPACE TO REPENT…AND SHE REPENTED NOT. (Therefore) I WILL CAST HER INTO…GREAT
TRIBULATION, EXCEPT THEY REPENT OF THEIR DEEDS-Rev 2:21,22.
BUT YE, BRETHREN, ARE NOT IN DARKNESS, THAT THAT DAY (the
Rapture) SHOULD OVERTAKE YOU AS A THIEF. YE ARE ALL THE CHILDREN OF LIGHT, AND
THE CHILDREN OF THE DAY: WE ARE NOT OF THE NIGHT, NOR OF DARKNESS. THEREFORE
LET US NOT SLEEP, AS DO OTHERS; BUT LET US WATCH-1 Thes 5:4-6. BLESSED ARE THOSE
SERVANTS, WHOM THE LORD WHEN HE COMETH SHALL FIND WATCHING-Lk 12:37. For the
Lord has given us many things to look for, AND WHEN THESE THINGS BEGIN TO COME
TO PASS, THEN LOOK UP, AND LIFT UP YOUR HEADS; FOR YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWETH NIGH-Lk
21:28. (Because) UNTO THEM THAT LOOK FOR HIM SHALL HE APPEAR THE SECOND TIME-Heb
9:28.
(For) BEHOLD, I SHEW YOU A MYSTERY-1 Cor 15:51. (For) AT
MIDNIGHT THERE WAS A CRY MADE-Mt 25:6; (There was) A SHOUT, WITH THE VOICE OF
THE ARCHANGEL-1 Thes 4:16; BEHOLD, THE BRIDEGROOM COMETH; GO YE OUT TO MEET
HIM. THEN ALL THOSE VIRGINS AROSE, AND TRIMMED THEIR LAMPS. AND THE FOOLISH
SAID UNTO THE WISE, GIVE US OF YOUR OIL; FOR OUR LAMPS ARE GONE OUT. BUT THE
WISE ANSWERED, SAYING, NOT SO; LEST THERE BE NOT ENOUGH FOR US AND YOU: BUT
GO YE RATHER TO THEM THAT SELL, AND BUY FOR YOURSELVES. AND WHILE THEY WENT
TO BUY, THE BRIDEGROOM CAME-Mt 25:6-10. FOR THIS WE SAY UNTO YOU…THAT WE WHICH
ARE ALIVE AND REMAIN UNTO THE COMING OF THE LORD SHALL NOT PREVENT THEM WHICH
ARE ASLEEP-1 Thes 4:15.
(For know this), WE SHALL NOT ALL SLEEP (or die)-1 Cor 15:51;
FOR THE LORD HIMSELF SHALL DESCEND FROM HEAVEN WITH…THE TRUMP OF GOD-1 Thes
4:16; (and) IN A MOMENT, IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE, AT THE LAST TRUMP-1 Cor
15:52; (ref Num 10); FOR THE TRUMPET SHALL SOUND-1 Cor 15:52; AND THE DEAD IN

THEN WE WHICH ARE ALIVE AND REMAIN SHALL BE CAUGHT UP-1 Thes
4:17; as it is written, AND THE FIRST VOICE WHICH I HEARD WAS AS IT WERE OF
A TRUMPET TALKING WITH ME; WHICH SAID, COME UP HITHER-Rev 4:1. (And we shall
be caught up) TOGETHER WITH THEM IN THE CLOUDS, TO MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR:
AND SO SHALL WE EVER BE WITH THE LORD-1 Thes 4:17; (And this know, that they

In the Scriptures, the true born-again Christians are pictured
in heaven, immediately after the resurrection and Rapture. After this, the first
seal is opened. As it is written, AND THEY SUNG A NEW SONG, SAYING, THOU ART
WORTHY TO TAKE THE BOOK, AND TO OPEN THE SEALS THEREOF: FOR THOU WAST SLAIN,
AND HAST REDEEMED US TO GOD BY THY BLOOD OUT OF EVERY KINDRED, AND TONGUE, AND
PEOPLE, AND NATION. AND I BEHELD, AND I HEARD THE VOICE OF MANY ANGELS ROUND
ABOUT THE THRONE AND THE BEASTS AND THE ELDERS: AND THE NUMBER OF THEM WAS TEN
THOUSAND TIMES TEN THOUSAND, AND THOUSANDS OF THOUSANDS-Rev 5:9,11.
And as the saints are with Jesus, HE SHALL GIRD HIMSELF,
AND MAKE THEM TO SIT DOWN TO MEAT, AND WILL COME FORTH AND SERVE THEM-Lk 12:37.
WHEREFORE COMFORT ONE ANOTHER WITH THESE WORDS-1 Thes 4:18.
There is comfort in looking for the Rapture, the blessed hope. There is no comfort
in looking for the Tribulation.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE RAPTURE THE ANTICHRIST COMES FORTH AND THE TRIBULATION BEGINS SHORTLY THEREAFTER
The
Tribulation will happen as we near the end of the generation of the rebirth
of Israel. (The last three and a half years of this seven year period, as outlined
by Daniel, is sometimes called the Great Tribulation.)
As soon as the Rapture takes place, a man of sin (whom we
call the Antichrist) comes forth. A covenant is signed between he and Israel,
and others, which begins the Tribulation, also called the seventieth week of
Daniel. During this horrible period of God’s wrath, Russia, Iran, and other
nations will come against Israel. Many nations will be involved. One third of
trees are burned up. All green grass is burned up. One third of the sea will
become blood. One third of the creatures in the sea will die. One third of the
ships are destroyed. One third of the waters become wormwood (or poisoned, or
radioactive). One third of the day, and also the night, is darkened. One fourth
of the world’s population will die. Food prices will soar. Earthquakes, famines,
and pestilences will continue increasing as birth pangs of a woman. Crime and
hate will abound. One hundred and forty and four thousand male, virgin Jews
come forth to evangelize. Many people will get saved, but of these, many will
be killed by decapitation for their faith in Jesus Christ. There will also be
many false Christs and false prophets. A one world, false religion which God
calls MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF
THE EARTH will increase. This religion has existed for hundreds of years, and
exists today. The nations of the world have become intoxicated with her false
teachings. A temple in Jerusalem will be built.
At approximately the midst of the Tribulation, the Antichrist
will be killed with a wound in the head by a weapon; but his deadly wound will
be healed. He will come back to life. He will proclaim himself to be God, and
move into the temple in Jerusalem. The sacrifices at the temple will be stopped.
All that dwell on the earth shall worship the Antichrist, whose names are not
written in the book of life of the Lamb. During the last three and a half years
(called the Great Tribulation), world conditions will continue to get worse
and worse. A one world system will be set up. The Antichrist shall make war
against the saints, and will overcome them. Power is given to the Antichrist
over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. A false prophet appears, that will
do great wonders. The abomination of desolation occurs. An image of the Antichrist
(also called the beast) will be set on a wing of the temple. If a person does
not worship it, he will be beheaded. The elect Jews now flee for their lives
to a place where God will hide them, and take care of them during the last three
and a half years. People will be required to take the mark of the Antichrist
or the number of his name, which is 666, in or on their forehead or right hand.
If they refuse, they cannot buy or sell. Two prophets of God will appear. One
of them is Elijah. These have the power to shut up heaven that it rain not during
their days on the earth. They have the power to bring all kinds of plagues on
the earth.
Multitudes will be slain for the Word of God. Locusts will
sting men with a sting like a scorpion. It will be so bad that men will seek
death, and shall not find it. There will be terrible sores upon men. The rivers
and fountains will become blood. Men will be scorched with great heat. Earthquakes
continue to get worse and worse. Diseases will continue to get worse and worse.
Two hundred million troops will march to Israel from the east, and cross the
dried up Euphrates River. One third more of the earth’s population will be killed.
After 42 months, the two prophets of God will be killed. People will rejoice,
but then, after three and a half days, they will arise, and ascend up to heaven.
Great fear falls on them which see this. Men will be so terrified, that their
hearts will fail, as they consider what is about to happen. Multitudes will
hide in the rocks and say, "FALL ON US AND HIDE US FROM…HIM (Jesus)…FOR
THE GREAT DAY OF HIS WRATH IS COME; AND WHO SHALL BE ABLE TO STAND?"-Rev
6:16,17.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRIBULATION THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON EXPLODES AND JESUS CHRIST RETURNS
Immediately
after the Tribulation, the Battle of Armageddon will explode. It lasts one day.
The kings and armies of the earth are gathered to make war against Jesus, as
He returns. Jesus Christ will return as the King of kings and Lord of lords.
All His saints will return with Him. If He had not returned exactly when He
did, there should be no life left on the earth. The greatest earthquake in mankind’s
history occurs. The cities of the nations fall. Every island fled away. The
mountains were not found. There is great hail out of heaven, every stone about
the weight of 70 to l00 pounds. The earth will move out of its place. There
are so few people left alive that a child could write the number.
From the coming forth of the Antichrist, to the time the
Battle of Armageddon explodes, there will be seven seal, seven trumpet, and
seven vial judgments, and many others as well. Never in the history of the world,
since man has existed, has there been such a horrible time as will come very
shortly.
AND SO ALL ISRAEL SHALL BE SAVED: AS IT IS WRITTEN, THERE
SHALL COME OUT OF SION THE DELIVERER, AND SHALL TURN AWAY UNGODLINESS FROM JACOB-Ro
11:26.
Following the return of Jesus Christ to this earth with the
saints, Jesus Christ will reign. The elect shall be gathered. The Jews shall
be gathered to their own land. The Lord will plant them.
The nations shall be gathered as the judgment of the nations
shall take place (which is also called "the throne of glory"). All
that are left alive, who took the mark and worshipped the image, will perish.
All that followed Jesus and survived will go into the Millennium. The judgment
of the fallen angels may also be held at this time.
These previous events are only a few of the hundreds that
will soon take place.
SUMMARY OF THE MAJOR EVENTS
- Israel reborn, the latter days.
- Over 300 signs and prophecies would take place.
- The Rapture will happen.
- A treaty will be confirmed by the person we refer to as the Antichrist with Israel and others.
- The Tribulation begins, also known as the seventieth week of Daniel. This is generally considered to be a seven year period.
- Immediately after the Tribulation, the Battle of Armageddon explodes. Jesus Christ returns with all His saints. The Antichrist and false prophet are cast alive into the lake of fire. Satan is chained for one thousand years, so he can deceive the nations no longer till the thousand years be fulfilled.
NEXT COMES THE MILLENNIUM
Jesus will reign and rule as King of kings and Lord of lords for 1000
years. There will be peace on the earth. He will reign over all the
nations and over all the earth. The angels shall ascend and descend
upon Jesus. There will be great rejoicing. David will reign as the king
of Israel. The twelve apostles shall reign over the twelve tribes of
Israel.
The saints shall inherit the earth
and shall reign as kings and priests. They shall reign with Christ for
one thousand years.
The judges and counselors shall be restored as at
the beginning. There will be a continuing judgment of Israel during
the Millennium. There will be a continuing judgment of the Gentiles
during the Millennium. The Lord shall judge among the people.
The former and latter rain comes in the first month.
The Lord will raise
up the tabernacle of David which is fallen down. Jesus will dwell in the
holy mountain, Mount Zion. Mount Zion will be in the height of Israel,
and all nations shall flow unto it. All kings and nations shall worship
and serve Jesus. The Law shall go forth from Jerusalem, and the earth
will be full of the knowledge of the Lord. Offerings will also be brought.
There will be a new covenant with the house of Israel.
The idols shall be abolished. The Feast of Tabernacles shall be kept by
the people. The fasts of the fourth, fifth, seventh, and tenth months
shall be kept.
The Scriptures tell us about the people who will run
the temple, about entering the temple, about worship, about the worship
of the Prince, as well as the temple measurements. A fountain shall come
forth from the house of the Lord. The waters will become a river. Everything
shall live wherever the river comes. Trees shall grow on the banks of
the river. Their leaves shall be for medicine.
Israel shall be one nation, and shall be called by
a new name. There will be new borders for Israel, and the population of
Israel will increase tremendously. They will become as the sand of the
sea. There shall be old men and old women in the streets of Jerusalem,
and every man with his staff in his hand for very age. The streets of
Jerusalem shall be full of boys and girls playing. It may be marvelous.
The population of the world will increase greatly.
Their number will be as the sand of the sea. People will live to be very
old. A person, who is 100 years old, will be thought of as a mere youth.
Jerusalem shall be made a praise in the earth. It shall
be called: a city of truth, the city of the Lord, the throne of the Lord,
a city not forsaken. Jerusalem's walls shall be called Salvation, and
thy gates Praise.
The landscape of Israel shall be changed. Every mountain
shall be made low. Every valley shall be exalted. Waters will gush forth
from the wilderness, and there shall be streams in the desert.
The fir tree shall come up instead of the thorn, and
the myrtle tree shall come up instead of the brier. The landscape of the
world will be much different. The creature shall be delivered from the
bondage of corruption. The curse on the ground shall be lifted. The earth
will yield her increase.
Food will increase greatly. The light of the moon shall
be as the light of the sun. And the light of the sun shall be sevenfold,
as the light of seven days. God will establish a covenant with the animals.
The wolf and the lamb shall feed together. The lion shall eat straw. The
leopard shall lie down with the kid. The cow will feed with the bear.
The deaf shall hear, and the lame shall walk. The eyes
of the blind shall be opened, and the tongue of the dumb shall sing. The
people shall build houses, and the waste cities shall be rebuilt. Some
nations shall perish. There will be no more Canaanite. The Scriptures
give us information about Egypt and Edom, and the glory of Lebanon.
Israel shall be the third with Egypt and with Assyria.
The Scriptures tell us, BLESSED BE EGYPT MY PEOPLE, AND ASSYRIA THE WORK
OF MY HANDS, AND ISRAEL MINE INHERITANCE-ref Isa 19:24,25. During the
Millennium, the Scriptures tell us, FOR IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THOSE WHO
WERE ONCE ENLIGHTENED, AND HAVE TASTED OF THE HEAVENLY GIFT, AND WERE
MADE PARTAKERS OF THE HOLY GHOST, AND HAVE TASTED THE GOOD WORD OF GOD,
AND THE POWERS OF THE WORLD TO COME, IF THEY SHALL FALL AWAY, TO RENEW
THEM AGAIN UNTO REPENTANCE; SEEING THEY CRUCIFY TO THEMSELVES THE SON
OF GOD AFRESH, AND PUT HIM TO AN OPEN SHAME-Heb 6:4-6.
Many of the laws, outlined in the Old Testament, may
become the laws during the Millennium, during this thousand years of peace.
The thousand years comes to an end. No Scripture using
the terms: the latter days, latter year, latter years, latter time, latter
times appear from this point on.
NEXT COMES A SHORT TIME PERIOD IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MILLENNIUM
Satan is let loose for a little season, and goes forth to deceive the nations once again. He gathers them together to battle. They surround the camp of the saints and the beloved city. Fire comes down from God out of heaven, and devours them. The devil is cast into the lake of fire.

THERE IS A NEW HEAVEN AND EARTH,
THERE IS NEW JERUSALEM AND ETERNITY
The
heavens and the earth pass away.
The great white throne judgment is held. Hell delivered up
the dead. Death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second
death. Those multiple billions of people that rejected Jesus shall be in the
lake of fire, tormented day and night for ever, and ever, and ever, and ever.
There will be no pardon and no escape.
The Scriptures tell us about His enemies becoming His footstool.
A new heaven and a new earth come forth.
The New Jerusalem comes forth, whose builder and maker is
God.
Jesus shall deliver up the kingdom to God, even the Father.
The former things shall no longer be remembered.
So shall the saints ever be with the Lord. It is written,
EYE HATH NOT SEEN, NOR EAR HEARD, NEITHER HAVE ENTERED INTO THE HEART OF MAN,
THE THINGS WHICH GOD HATH PREPARED FOR THEM THAT LOVE HIM-1 Cor 2:9.
THE SKEPTIC AND UNBELIEVER
This may all sound like a fairy tale, but remember, there are approximately 10,000 prophecies in the Bible—every single one up to this time has come true, without a single exception. THE FOOL HATH SAID IN HIS HEART, THERE IS NO GOD-Ps 14:1.
